Hi ,

Welcome to the latest edition of Masthead. In this edition we talk rebranding, show you how you can get the latest data anywhere on your terminal (not just at your desk), offer to write those time-consuming reports, and showcase our latest record-breaking implementation. We hope you enjoy this newsletter; if you have any questions or feedback, please get in touch with us.

We go mobile with our handheld apps

Our new suite of handheld mobile apps was launched to great applause earlier this year. Featuring intuitive interfaces and developed after extensive user testing, the new apps deliver increased value to your terminal. Real-time data allows you to make decisions on the spot. With the ability to run on any modern tablet or smartphone with a supported web browser, you can now work from anywhere on the terminal, knowing you always have the latest information on hand.

Migration of our vehicle-based apps is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2017.

Is your team spending too much time writing reports?

 Report-writing-service.png

In a recent survey our customers told us that creating reports was one of the most time-consuming tasks they undertake.

We took that as a challenge, and now we can take that headache away for you. We are ready to produce your new, amended, simple or complex reports. We have assembled a dedicated team who will work with you every step of the way to ensure you have the exact report you need and allow you to focus on running your business.

With a fixed price, around the clock service, and the ability to future-proof reports with lifetime support, what are you waiting for? Talk to your regional business manager about our report writing service.

Our terminal operating system, Master Terminal, is now firmly established as the leading terminal operating system for the mixed cargo market, with more than 100 licensed terminals worldwide. Our commitment to investing and innovating ensures that we deliver our customers a TOS that not only meets their current needs, but gives them the confidence to grow their business in the future.

Another record implementation

The implementation team has clocked up another success, in an unprecedented project to implement Master Terminal across 16 sites - all in a record eight months.

The keys to this successful Go Live were a strong preparation phase, active client governance and involvement to coordinate multiple resources, and constant collaboration between the Jade consultants, Jade business manager and the client.

If the thought of taking time out to implement a new TOS is holding you back, get in touch to learn how we can help.
